Full-time speech-language pathology position under Otolaryngology service available at diverse NYC Hospital in Jamaica, NY. Strong acute care focus, outpatients of all ages including head and neck cancer/post laryngectomy patients. Opportunity to work as a part of a truly multidisciplinary team on all units of the hospital with patients with various etiologies. State-of-the-art videofluoroscopy equipment available as well as FEES.

Candidates must have:

At least 1-2 years of experience in Acute Medicine.A master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.NYS License and diploma in Speech Language Pathology.A completed clinical fellowship.Maintenance of Clinical of Certification of Competence.

The primary role for this clinician is to not only manage a full time schedule of patients but to provide direct supervision and clinical education for graduate students from across the country. Experience working with kids and adults is an absolute requirement. CCC-SLP at least 9 months post CF.
