The Miami VA Healthcare System Audiology and Speech Pathology (ASP) Service is excited to announce a full time Clinical Fellowship opportunity for 2026-2027!
The Speech Pathology program at the Miami VA provides a wide range of services and a dynamic learning environment. The Clinical Fellow will provide diagnostic and intervention services to outpatients (including telehealth), inpatients, and Community Living Center (CLC) residents. The Clinical Fellow will work and collaborate closely with specialty and interdisciplinary teams including Otolaryngology, Radiology, Nutrition, Geriatrics, Spinal Cord, Neurology, Critical Care, Military to VA (Polytrauma), Radiation-Oncology, Home-Based Primary Care and Palliative Care. We provide the opportunity to gain experience with instrumental exams (fluoroscopy, FEES, videostroboscopy), evaluation and treatment of neurogenic communication disorders, as well as various special populations (head & neck cancer, post laryngectomy voice restoration, and neurodegenerative disorders).
