Objective Focus, a small medical market research company is currently conducting a study to better understand how stroke dysphagia patients are being managed. We are looking for speech-language pathologists to participate in a 60 minute Zoom interview to discuss their views on this topic. At the end of the interview they will receive an honoraria of $400 in appreciation of your time. Their identity will be kept confidential and will not be shared at any point with the study sponsor.

Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem Milstein/Allen Hospital


At NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center our Speech-Language Pathologists help adult patients experiencing serious impairments to connect with the world around them. Our tremendous team provides the expertise patients need to flourish in the areas of swallowing and communication. Now, you can become one of the people who Make It Possible.


Under the supervision of the Manager of Speech-Language Pathology, you will work with adult and geriatric patients from the most acutely ill in our ICU/acute care units, the inpatient rehabilitation unit, to the outpatient setting. This position will be at the Milstein and Allen Hospital location.


This is a per diem position with flexibility to work shifts on Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays.


Preferred Criteria

  • Experience assessing and treating medically complex adult patients, including ICU level patients.
