Acute Care Per Diem Speech Pathologist (Adults) - Bellevue Hospital Center, Manhattan, NY
We have an exciting opportunity within the NYULMC Department of Otolaryngology, Hearing and Speech Department at Bellevue Hospital Center:
The department seeks a New York State and ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem position (weekday/weekend/holiday availability). The individual should possess a broad skill set in acute care speech-language pathology. Skill set should include competence and independence in clinical swallow evaluations. Prefer experience and knowledge of trach patients as well as evaluation of Passy Muir Speaking Valves. Experience with objective swallow evaluations (MBS/FEES) is a plus.
Education: Master’s degree minimum requirement
Licensure: Current NYS license
Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP
Experience: 3+ years
